A Pakistani national, Muhammad Shahzeb Khan, planned a heinous ISIS-inspired mass shooting at a prominent Jewish center in Brooklyn, New York. The plot was set to coincide with the anniversary of the October 7th Hamas attacks.
Khan boasted that his attack could be the largest on U.S. soil since 9/11, targeting a crowded Jewish center with automatic weapons.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of law enforcement, Khan’s plan was disrupted before he could carry out the attack.
The New York Joint Terrorism Task Force, comprised of the FBI and NYPD, thwarted Khan’s plot, saving countless lives.
Khan pleaded guilty to attempting to commit acts of terrorism transcending national boundaries.
