A chilling tale of pedophilia and technology has reached its grim conclusion as Christopher Lynn Driskill, 49, of Coleman, Texas, was handed a staggering sentence of 720 months in federal prison for producing child sexual abuse material. Acting United States Attorney Nancy E. Larson announced the sentence against Driskill, who had become infamous due to his distinctive tattoos that matched those seen in the offending videos.
The evidence against Driskill began when a foreign partner flagged child sexual abuse material on the dark web to the FBI’s Victim Identification Program. The FBI then identified Driskill through photographs of him and his telltale tattoos, which included the word “DABBY” and other symbols etched onto his body.
Further investigation by the Coleman Police Department revealed that Driskill was also under suspicion for molesting a child, leading to his arrest in November 2024. His interview confirmed the presence of the same tattoos, resulting in an indictment for production of child pornography.
In February 2025, Driskill pled guilty to two counts of producing child pornography. According to his plea documents, he engaged in sexually explicit conduct with minor male victims and coerced them into performing acts that were recorded by him.
Judge Andrew Oldham, who presided over the case, sentenced Driskill to 360 months on each count, to be served consecutively. Speaking after the sentencing, Acting U.S. Attorney Nancy Larson emphasized the gravity of the crime and the need for justice in cases of child exploitation.
FBI Dallas Special Agent in Charge R. Joseph Rothrock commended the collaborative efforts that led to Driskill’s capture, highlighting the FBI’s ongoing commitment to protecting children and urging the public to report any crimes against minors. The investigation was conducted with the assistance of the Bureau’s Endangered Child Alert Program (ECAP) and the support of the Coleman Police Department.
