KC Man Indicted in Child Porn Attempt

KANSAS CITY, MO – Cody Tyler Titus, 24, of Kansas City, Missouri, is facing federal charges after an indictment revealed alleged attempts to access child pornography. The indictment, handed down last week, accuses Titus of deliberately seeking out illicit material online between November 2, 2022, and November 19, 2023.

The feds allege Titus knowingly attempted to view child pornography over the internet during that period.
