WI Coke Kingpin Caged for 4+ Years

⏱ 3 min read

Travis Ingram, 38, of Mosinee, Wisconsin, is starting a four-and-a-half year federal stretch after admitting he flooded Marathon County with cocaine and then washed over a million dollars in dirty money. The six-year operation came crashing down on March 12, 2026, when Judge Conley handed down the 52-month sentence. The bust was the culmination of a two-year investigation by a multi-agency task force.

Undercover cops repeatedly scored coke from Ingram, building the case that culminated in a raid on his home. Agents found more than a pound of the stuff, along with scales and other paraphernalia. But the dope was just the start. Investigators untangled a complex web of bank accounts and casino visits used to hide the profits – totaling over $1 million.

Judge Conley didn’t hold back during sentencing, hammering Ingram for distributing “a substantial amount” of cocaine and making it clear he was disgusted by reports of Ingram dealing near children. This wasn’t Ingram’s first brush with the law, either, with a prior drug trafficking history flagged during the hearing.

The FBI’s Central Wisconsin Narcotics Task Force – a massive effort involving the Wisconsin State Patrol, DOJ, multiple county sheriff’s offices, and even the Wisconsin National Guard – took Ingram down. The Marathon County District Attorney’s Office also assisted. Assistant U.S. Attorney Steven Anderson handled the prosecution as part of the larger DOJ “Operation Take Back America.”
