Donald Hazard was sentenced to 57 months in prison for assaulting law enforcement resulting in bodily injury related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

Brian Deboris Black was convicted of conspiracy to interfere with interstate commerce by robbery; robbery; conspiracy to kidnap; and two counts of carrying and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence.

Noah Robert Calderon was indicted on May 10 on one count of possession of a destructive device.
