Calvin Donell Dorsey Sought in Cocaine Conspiracy
A 37-year-old Tyler man is being sought by authorities in a drug conspiracy case in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney John M. Bales today.
On April 9, 2014, Tyler Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Texas Rangers executed a search warrant for narcotics at a residence located in Tyler, Texas. This was the result of a one-year undercover narcotics investigation led by the Tyler Police Department in conjunction with the F.B.I.
Law enforcement officials arrested Micol Jauron Sears, 39, of Tyler. Sears was charged in a federal indictment with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine base. Federal and local law enforcement officials are seeking a second suspect, also named in the indictment, identified as Calvin Donell Dorsey, a 37-year-old black male, of Tyler.

The indictment alleges that Dorsey and Sears conspired to possess with intent to distribute cocaine base in the Eastern District of Texas. The case is being investigated by the Tyler Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Texas Rangers.
