Child Predator Convicted in Las Vegas Courtroom

A federal jury delivered a guilty verdict in the case of Kenton Hardy King, a 29-year-old Las Vegas resident who was accused of coercing and enticing a child into sexual activity. The trial, which spanned five days, concluded with King being found guilty of one count each of coercion and enticement, sexual exploitation of children, and possession of child pornography.

The evidence presented in court showed that King met the child through the anonymous online chat platform Omegle in June 2020. He then coerced and enticed the victim to engage in sexual activity and to produce sexual images. Furthermore, King was found to possess child sexual abuse material on two of his cell phones.
