Tulsa, OK – A Muscogee (Creek) Nation man is facing a triple-barreled federal indictment after allegedly assaulting his intimate partner and waving a gun around in Indian Country. Quincy Jay Adams, 32, is accused of not only brutalizing his partner by strangulation, but also assaulting her with a firearm, intending to cause serious harm. The feds are hitting him with charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, using a firearm during a crime, and domestic assault by strangulation.

Separately, authorities busted Vismar Erick Atahuichi Alanoca, a 38-year-old Bolivian national, allegedly peddling child pornography. Alanoca is accused of actively advertising to receive and exchange depraved content, then following through by knowingly distributing images and videos of child sexual abuse. Homeland Security Investigations and Tulsa PD teamed up on the case.

Rounding out the March indictments, Venkateswara Chagamreddy, 27, a citizen of India, is accused of a complex wire fraud scheme. He’s charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud, impersonating a federal officer to shake down victims, and obstructing commerce through extortion. This isn’t a first bite at the apple for Chagamreddy – this indictment *supersedes* a previous one, suggesting the feds have dug up even more evidence.
