A Tulsa man is facing federal charges after allegedly attacking his intimate partner and brandishing a firearm in Indian Country. Quincy Jay Adams, 32, a Muscogee (Creek) Nation member, is accused of assault with a dangerous weapon, using a firearm during a violent crime, and brutally strangling his partner. The FBI and Tulsa PD investigated.

Separately, Vismar Erick Atahuichi Alanoca, 38, a Bolivian national, has been indicted on charges of advertising to receive and distributing child pornography. Homeland Security Investigations and Tulsa PD led that investigation.

Finally, Venkateswara Chagamreddy, 27, an Indian citizen, is accused of a complex scheme involving wire fraud, impersonating a federal officer to demand money, and extortion impacting interstate commerce. This is a superseding indictment, suggesting the charges have been expanded.
