A 46-year-old Londonderry, New Hampshire man, Brad Cerullo, was arrested for allegedly cyberstalking a Massachusetts victim through social media, text messages, and various online platforms. The victim received approximately 72 text messages from at least 26 unknown senders, many from VoIP numbers, between March 2021 and May 2025. Cerullo allegedly posted sexually provocative statements and directed others to produce and post sexually explicit material of the victim.
The charges against Cerullo include posting the victim’s images, including sexually explicit images and videos stolen from a secure device, and using at least 10 accounts to impersonate and harass the victim. Two of the unknown VoIP numbers used to send text messages were traced to Cerullo.
Cerullo was charged by criminal complaint with one count of cyberstalking and was ordered detained pending a hearing scheduled for March 27, 2026. The charge of stalking by electronic means provides for a sentence of up to five years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of $250,000.
The arrest was announced by United States Attorney Leah B. Foley, Ted E. Docks, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Boston Division, and Wayne Tracy, Acting Chief of the Haverhill Police Department.
