Gelacio Macias-Olivares Sentenced

A Mexican national, Gelacio Macias-Olivares, 42, has been sentenced to 21 months in prison for illegally reentering the United States after being convicted of a felony crime. Macias-Olivares was found by law enforcement in Lebanon, Ohio, in April.

The sentence was imposed on September 25 by Senior U.S. District Court Judge Susan J. Dlott. Dominick S. Gerace, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, and Kevin Raycraft, Acting Field Office Director, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Detroit Field Office, announced the sentence.
