The sentences were handed down in March and May 2025, and June 2025, in Savannah and surrounding areas.

Jenkins, of Savannah, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and was sentenced to 103 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. Greene, also of Savannah, pleaded guilty to Carrying a Firearm During, or In Relation To, a Drug Trafficking Crime and received a 60-month prison term, a $1,200 fine, and five years of supervised release.

Parker, of Ludowici, Georgia, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and was sentenced to 36 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. Garcia-Correa, a citizen of Honduras illegally present in the United States, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Firearm by an Illegal Alien and received an 11-month prison sentence, to be followed by release into the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for removal from the United States.

The sentences were announced by U.S. Attorney Margaret E. “Meg” Heap, who emphasized the importance of removing guns from the hands of criminals to protect the community from violent crime. The cases were investigated by local law enforcement agencies, including the Savannah Police Department and the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from federal agencies.
