The District Public Library’s traveling library has been parking its vehicle across from the school, snatching unsuspecting youngsters on their lunch breaks and after-school hours. On a particularly rainy day, the bookmobile pulled up at Nichols Avenue and Raleigh Place SE, leaving a trail of book-hungry kids in its wake.
