According to court records, RUBEN URIZAR-BETETA illegally re-entered the United States sometime prior to March 23, 2025, after having been previously removed on or about September 30, 2014. On July 15, 2025, RUBEN URIZAR-BETETA pled guilty and was sentenced to 30 months unsupervised probation. Additionally, he was ordered to pay a $100 mandatory special assessment fee.
