Shadow Creek Ranch Manager Accused of $421K Fraud

HOUSTON, TX – A brazen scheme to siphon over $421,000 from a Texas homeowner’s association has landed 62-year-old Maria Denise Southall-Shaw in federal court. The Houston resident is accused of wire fraud and is scheduled to appear before U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew Ellison at 2 p.m. today.
