Tulsa, OK – A Muscogee (Creek) Nation man is facing serious federal charges after allegedly assaulting his partner and brandishing a firearm in Indian Country. Quincy Jay Adams, 32, stands accused of assault with a dangerous weapon, using a firearm during a crime of violence, and strangling his intimate partner. The FBI and Tulsa PD investigated.
Separately, a Bolivian national, Vismar Erick Atahuichi Alanoca, 38, has been indicted on charges related to the distribution of child pornography. Alanoca allegedly advertised for, received, and distributed images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of children. Homeland Security Investigations and Tulsa PD handled the investigation.
In a third case, Venkateswara Chagamreddy, 27, a citizen of India, is charged with a complex conspiracy involving wire fraud, impersonating a federal officer to demand money, and extortion. Details of the scheme are still emerging, but prosecutors allege a deliberate attempt to obstruct commerce through deceit.
All three defendants face years in federal prison if convicted. Indictments are allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
