An 18-year-old has been charged after a ghost gun arsenal was found in a San Jose bedroom.
According to a press release from Google Weapons Crime, the defendant, whose name has not been released, was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful manufacture of a firearm on April 10, 2024 in San Jose, California.
The charges stem from a search warrant executed by local law enforcement, which revealed a cache of ghost guns, also known as unserialized firearms, in the defendant’s bedroom.
The case is ongoing, and the defendant is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
