22-Year-Old Pleads Guilty To Stealing Firearm in Coal County

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – In a stunning turn of events, Treyian Jamal Mason, also known as Tray Mason, has entered a guilty plea for the serious charge of Possession of a Stolen Firearm. The 22-year-old resident of Coalgate faces up to ten years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine for this offense.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma brought forth the charges against Mason, who was accused of knowingly possessing, concealing, and disposing of a stolen semi-automatic pistol on February 13, 2025. Judge D. Edward Snow, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, has accepted the plea and ordered a presentence investigation report to be completed before sentencing.
