Two Eagle Butte Men Charged with Stolen Firearms Possession

Two Eagle Butte, South Dakota, residents Eugene Condon, 35, and Robert McLane, 29, have been charged with possession of stolen firearms, a serious crime that carries steep penalties. In late 2013, Condon and McLane allegedly knowingly and unlawfully received, possessed, sold and disposed of stolen firearms in Eagle Butte, according to the indictment.
