Child Porn Distributor Faces 20-Year Sentence

In a disturbing case of online exploitation, Nathan E. Boguhn, a 50-year-old resident of Vestal, New York, has pleaded guilty to three counts of distributing and receiving child pornography. The egregious crime, uncovered by the Mid-State Child Exploitation Task Force, involved Boguhn downloading the illicit material from the internet in 2016 and sharing it with others through a file sharing program.

According to court documents, Boguhn’s actions put him in a position where he could have easily preyed upon vulnerable victims. However, thanks to the tireless efforts of law enforcement agencies, including the FBI and New York State Police, Boguhn is now facing the consequences of his actions.
