“During his plea agreement, Cole confessed to purchasing heroin, cocaine, and methamphetamine from contacts across various states and transporting them into Tennessee for sale within the state,”
“Indicted in May 2016, Cole pleaded guilty on December 21, 2016, before U.S. District Judge John T. Fowlkes Jr. to one count of conspiracy to participate in a racketeering enterprise. Sentencing is set for March 23, 2017,”
