Abdou Seye, age 26, was indicted by a federal grand jury on bank robbery, according to Acting United States Attorney Betsy Steinfeld Jividen.
The indictment stems from a March 21, 2017, bank robbery at the Chase Bank in Wheeling. Seye is accused of pulling off the heist.
