According to court documents, Bahena was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit Hobbs Act robbery and six counts of Hobbs Act robbery. The indictment alleged that Bahena and his co-conspirators targeted local businesses, using intimidation and violence to steal cash and other valuables. Authorities claimed that Bahena was involved in multiple robberies between 2012 and 2018, resulting in significant financial losses for the victims.
