Andre Jackson Pleads Guilty to Cocaine Conspiracy

Buffalo, N.Y. — Federal agents have landed another blow against the Schuele Boys gang with Andre Jackson’s guilty plea to conspiracy to distribute cocaine.

Jackson, 29, admitted his role in a scheme that spanned from June 2013 to July 2014, according to Acting U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. He was one of the gang’s associates charged with distributing illegal narcotics in Buffalo’s East Side.

The Schuele Boys are known for their violent tactics and have been implicated in numerous acts of violence as well as the distribution of cocaine, crack cocaine, and marijuana.

Jackson is the 28th member of the gang to be arrested, with 21 already convicted. The justice system maintains that he remains innocent until proven guilty.

The investigation was led by the FBI’s Safe Streets Task Force, under the direction of Special Agent-in-Charge Adam S. Cohen. Jackson will face sentencing before Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo on May 25, 2017.
