Bunch Man JEFFERY A. LOPEZ Sentenced To 48 Months for Illegal Firearm Possession

The grim streets of Muskogee, Oklahoma, witnessed a chilling judicial verdict as JEFFERY A. LOPEZ, a resident of the town of Bunch, was sentenced to 48 months imprisonment for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

This harsh sentence came after a thorough investigation by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Department of Homeland Security Investigations. The defendant, now aged 30, had been indicted in April 2013 and admitted guilt in September 2013.

The crime, as detailed in the Indictment, took place on or around December 11, 2012. JEFFERY A. LOPEZ was alleged to have knowingly possessed a Winchester model 1897 pump shotgun, which had traversed interstate commerce.
