PITTSBURGH – In a shocking case of economic espionage, five members of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) were indicted in May 2014 for hacking into computers and stealing valuable trade secrets from Westinghouse, United States Steel Corporation, several other companies, and a trade union.
