Coleman’s criminal history also includes drug convictions and a conviction for escape in the first degree, which adds to his lengthy sentence. This matter was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony E. Kaplan.

The U.S. Marshals Service played a crucial role in tracking down Coleman after he escaped from the halfway house.

Coleman’s escape and subsequent arrest are a reminder of the importance of following the rules and regulations set by the justice system.
