A Colorado graduate student has been indicted on charges involving minors in the Fox Valley area. According to the indictment, the defendant, whose name has not been released, is accused of child exploitation and other related charges.
The indictment, which was unsealed on March 8, 2023, alleges that the defendant engaged in sexually explicit conduct with minors in the Fox Valley area.
The charges against the defendant include production of child pornography, receipt and distribution of child pornography, and enticement of a minor.
The case is being investigated by the FBI and the Wisconsin Department of Justice. The defendant is expected to appear in court at a later date.
