A Columbus woman has been indicted in a bid rigging scheme, according to a press release from the Ohio Attorney General’s office.
Sharon L. Daugherty was indicted on multiple counts of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and bid rigging in connection with a scheme to rig bids on construction projects in Columbus.
The indictment alleges that Daugherty and others conspired to rig bids on construction projects, including a project at the Columbus Metropolitan Library.
The indictment was returned on March 13, 2024 and was announced by Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost.
