HARRISBURG, PA – In a grim揭示 of the Cumberland County’s underworld, Marty Robinson, 46, and Jordan Brown, 35, both residents of Cumberland County, were charged by a federal grand jury on May 8, 2024, for firearms and drug trafficking offenses. According to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the men are accused of conspiracy, false statements in firearm acquisition, and possession of deadly drugs.
The indictment claims that Brown purchased a firearm for Robinson, lying to a licensed dealer about his identity as the actual buyer on June 5, 2023. Robinson is also charged with possessing fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine with intent to distribute, as well as carrying a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking.
