Nampa Man Pleads Guilty to Unlawful Firearm Possession
A federal court in Boise has witnessed a guilty plea from 44-year-old Darrel Dwayne Smith of Nampa, Idaho. Smith pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of two firearms by a person under a protective order.
