INDIANAPOLIS – In a shocking turn of events, Darryl Brent Waltz, a 48-year-old former Indiana State Senator from Greenwood, Indiana, has pleaded guilty to two federal felonies: making and receiving conduit contributions, and making false statements to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
