A Rochester man has been sentenced to 87 months in prison for his role in a cocaine conspiracy.
Daryl Green, 53, of Rochester, was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, 500 grams or more of cocaine.
Green sold cocaine to customers at his East Main Street residence, where he also stored, processed, and packaged cocaine for sale, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Katelyn M. Hartford.
On October 26, 2021, investigators executed a search warrant at Green’s residence, seizing approximately 1.3 kilograms of cocaine, a drug ledger, a digital scale with white powder residue, strainers with a white powder residue, and numerous empty plastic bags.
Approximately $45,446 in cash, which consisted of drug proceeds, was also seized during the search.
Green’s wife, Pamela Green, was previously convicted and is awaiting sentencing.
The sentencing is the result of an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, Homeland Security Investigations, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Internal Revenue Service, the New York State Police, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, the Rochester Police Department, the Greece Police Department, the Brighton Police Department, and the Greater Rochester Area Narcotics Enforcement Team.
