Edgar Louis Rogers, a 43-year-old man from Hotevilla, Arizona, was sentenced to 21 months in prison for assaulting a federal officer while on supervised release.
Rogers had previously pleaded guilty to assault on a federal officer and admitted to violating the terms of his supervised release in a separate case.
U.S. District Judge G. Murray Snow sentenced Rogers to 18 months in prison for the assault and an additional three months in prison for violating his supervised release.
