Massachusetts resident Edwin William Rosa has pleaded guilty in federal court in Rhode Island to possession of stolen firearms.
Edwin William Rosa, 45, of Peabody, Mass., appeared before U.S. District Court Chief Judge William E. Smith on September 30, 2015, admitting to the court that on several occasions he purchased firearms from registered dealers in Massachusetts using fraudulent checks.
