On August 19, 2018, Ambrocio Ixlaj was encountered and arrested by an ICE Officer in Walton, Delaware County, New York. A fingerprint check revealed prior removals from the US, with the most recent taking place on August 5, 2014.
Ambrocio Ixlaj admitted to returning to the US without permission following the August 2014 removal. She has never had lawful authority to enter or reside in the United States.
