Erik Lee Madison, a 20-year-old member of a violent extremist network known as ‘764’, has pled guilty to the sexual exploitation of minors and cyberstalking in federal court in Baltimore, Maryland. Between November 2024 and November 2025, Madison used the internet to exploit at least 10 minor female victims, coercing them into producing sexually explicit content and engaging in self-harm. The victims were from various locations inside and outside the United States.
Madison’s crimes were part of a larger pattern of behavior by the ‘764’ network, which uses online platforms to create and share extreme content, including gore, violence, and child pornography. Madison used this content to extort and blackmail his victims, threatening to harm them and their families, and ‘leak’ or disseminate explicit images of them.
The investigation into Madison’s activities was led by the FBI, with assistance from the Anne Arundel County Police Department and the Baltimore County Police Department. The case was announced by U.S. Attorney Kelly O. Hayes, who emphasized the importance of protecting vulnerable victims from online exploitation.
Madison’s guilty plea is a significant step towards holding him accountable for his crimes. The case highlights the need for continued vigilance and cooperation between law enforcement agencies to combat online child exploitation and cyberstalking.
