Danish Deeds: Denmark was nabbed during an investigation that revealed over 12 kilograms of the deadly opioid fentanyl, alongside 3 kilograms of cocaine. His possessions also included a Highpoint rifle and a pistol, both linked to his drug trafficking activities.
Felony Traffic Stop: The operation kicked off on September 7, 2023, when Denmark sold a kilogram of cocaine to Tasha Ervin. Ervin was arrested after law enforcement discovered the drugs during a traffic stop. She pleaded guilty and received a one-year sentence.
Home Invasion: On November 12, 2024, agents executed a search warrant at Denmark’s residence, uncovering the massive drug stash and cash. The court ordered Denmark to forfeit all proceeds from his criminal endeavors, including the firearms and ammunition used in his operations.
Legal Action: The Drug Enforcement Administration, the Unified Drug Enforcement Strike Team (UDEST), and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office led the investigation. Assistant United States Attorney A. Tysen Duva prosecuted the case.
