Smithville, TN – Charges have been dropped against a former District Attorney General who was indicted for firing shots during a 2024 chase in Smithville, Tennessee.
According to a press release from the Google State AG News, the former District Attorney General was indicted on reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct charges in connection with the incident.
The charges were dropped after an investigation by the Smithville Police Department and the 13th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
