A Roxbury man has been convicted for his role in a fraudulent CDL scheme, where he provided answers to Commercial Learner’s Permit exam questions in exchange for a hefty sum of money.

Frank Castro, 52, was convicted of unlawful production of an identification document, a charge that carries a sentence of up to 15 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine.
