A disturbing case of child abuse has come to light in Arizona, leaving two young victims injured and a Parker man behind bars. Frank John Kinale, III, 38, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for his heinous crimes.
On September 21, 2021, Kinale got behind the wheel while intoxicated, putting the lives of two minor victims at risk. The reckless decision resulted in a single-vehicle rollover crash on the Colorado River Indian Tribes (CRIT) Indian Reservation.
The victims, who are enrolled members of the CRIT Tribe, sustained injuries in the crash. The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Colorado River Indian Tribes Police Department conducted a thorough investigation into the incident.
Assistant U.S. Attorney, Christina J. Reid-Moore, handled the prosecution in this case. Kinale pleaded guilty to Child Abuse on September 3, 2024.
As a result of his guilty plea, Kinale was sentenced to 30 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. This severe punishment serves as a reminder of the consequences of such reckless and irresponsible behavior.
