Hasus L. Hardy, Unlawful Possession of Firearms and Ammunition, Pennsylvania 2021

A 35-year-old Johnstown man has been sentenced to 60 months in prison for his role in a federal crime.

Hasus L. Hardy was handed down the sentence by Senior United States District Judge Kim R. Gibson on January 1, 0001, after being convicted of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon.

According to information presented to the court, on or about August 25, 2021, Hardy knowingly, intentionally, and unlawfully possessed firearms and ammunition, after having previously been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year.
