Hector Cisneros-Ibarra, Illegal Reentry, Pennsylvania 2023

Hector Cisneros-Ibarra, a 38-year-old man from Landenberg, Pennsylvania, has been charged with a serious crime. According to a recent indictment, Cisneros-Ibarra, also known as ‘Hector Ibarra Cisneros,’ has been accused of illegal reentry after deportation.

As alleged in the indictment, Cisneros-Ibarra, a native and citizen of Mexico, had been deported from the United States on multiple occasions. The indictment states that he was deported on May 5, 2006, July 6, 2006, and November 4, 2008. However, despite these deportations, Cisneros-Ibarra was found in the United States again on or about October 22, 2014.

United States Attorney Zane David Memeger announced the indictment, which carries a maximum possible sentence of ten years if Cisneros-Ibarra is convicted. Assistant United States Attorney Mary Kay Costello will be prosecuting the case, which was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations.

It is essential to note that an indictment, information, or criminal complaint is merely an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Cisneros-Ibarra’s case highlights the importance of immigration laws and the consequences of violating them. His alleged actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for the law and put him at risk of facing severe penalties.

The investigation and prosecution of Cisneros-Ibarra serve as a reminder of the ongoing efforts to enforce immigration laws and protect national security. The case will continue to unfold as it moves through the judicial process.

In the meantime, the people of Pennsylvania can rest assured that the United States Attorney’s Office is committed to upholding the law and holding individuals accountable for their actions.
