Hemicker Sentenced for Meth Conspiracy in Casper

Pauline Irene Hemicker, 33, of Casper, Wyoming, faced Federal District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine on November 21, 2016. The court handed down a severe sentence, imposing 151 months of imprisonment followed by five years of supervised release. Hemicker also owes a $100 special assessment and $250 in restitution. Kevin Paul Brown, 26, from Fort Washakie, Wyoming, was sentenced for aggravated sexual abuse by Judge Skavdahl. He received 60 months in prison and ten years of supervised release. Brown was also ordered to pay $5889.53 in restitution. The FBI handled this investigation.
