Hemicker Sentenced for Meth Conspiracy in Casper

Pauline Irene Hemicker, 33, of Casper, Wyoming, faced Federal District Court Judge Scott W. Skavdahl for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine on November 21, 2016. Justin Dale Carpenter, 31, from Casper, Wyoming, also faced charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was sentenced by Judge Skavdahl to 12 months and one day in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. The Casper Police Department and the ATF were involved in the investigation.

Daniel Leigh Delaney, 33, from Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced for being a felon in possession of a firearm by Chief Judge Freudenthal. He received 60 months in prison, with three years of supervised release to follow. The fine was $400, and the investigation was conducted by local police and federal agencies.

Kevin Paul Brown, 26, from Fort Washakie, Wyoming, was sentenced for aggravated sexual abuse by Judge Skavdahl. He received 60 months in prison and ten years of supervised release. Brown was also ordered to pay $5889.53 in restitution. The FBI handled this investigation.
