U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the arrest of 12 alleged drug and firearms traffickers in New Mexico.
According to the press release, the arrests were made in collaboration with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and other law enforcement agencies.
The defendants were charged with various crimes, including conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, distribution of controlled substances, and possession of firearms by a prohibited person.
The arrests were made on February 22, 2023 in New Mexico. The investigation is ongoing, and further charges may be filed.
