Wool, née Rose Koplowitz, has been back in New Britain, Connecticut, since the hurricane struck, but the memories of her terrifying ordeal still linger. The 33 West Powderly Street homeowner, whose husband, Mr. Wool, is the president of the Miami Roofing Co., arrived in the city with her four young children, two of whom were seriously ill after contracting infections from poisonous insect bites.
