A Wanblee, South Dakota man, Isadore John Conquering Bear, 45, has been acquitted of Aggravated Sexual Abuse and Sexual Abuse, following a federal jury trial held in Pierre, South Dakota.
The investigation into Conquering Bear was conducted by the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services. The U.S. Attorney’s Office prosecuted the case.
