In a stunning move, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has announced the arrests of six high-ranking members of the Fair Play Committee, a group based in the Heart Mountain Relocation Center in Wyoming. The arrests came after a federal grand jury indictment charged them with conspiracy to evade the Selective Service and Training Act. At the heart of the investigation is James Omura, the former English editor of the Rocky Shimpo, who was apprehended at his Denver home by FBI agents and US marshals.
