A Jefferson County deputy has been arrested again, just one week after his first arrest. According to the Google Arrest News, the deputy, whose name has not been released, was arrested on April 8, 2024 and charged with official misconduct and theft of lost or mislaid property.
The deputy was first arrested on April 1, 2024 and charged with official misconduct and theft of lost or mislaid property. It is unclear what led to the second arrest.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has not released any further information about the deputy’s arrest or the circumstances surrounding it.
The case is ongoing and the deputy has not been identified as of the time of this report.
