South Bend resident Jonathan Parahams Jr., 35, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the United States Department of the Treasury. The crime occurred in South Bend, Indiana.
The guilty plea was entered before Magistrate Judge Christopher A. Nuechterlein. The judge has recommended that the district court accept the tendered guilty plea. Parties have 10 days to object to the recommendation.
